Refund policy

Shipping ships only within the United States and Canada. When you place an order, we will usually ship within 1-2 working days. All 0rders received after 3:00 pm will be shipped the next Business Day. 

Online Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We shall also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e., if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please Contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

In the event, there is a problem or you experience any issues with a Bioved product you purchased through our website, you may return the product to Bioved within 15 days of receipt subject to the guidelines below.


  • Only products in unmarked, resaleable condition may be returned. Defective products may be returned for a refund after calling customer service.

  • Return requests MUST be made within 15 days from receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns after 15 days or if the product packaging is damaged.
  • Please note we can only accept products purchased directly through or any of our amazon stores. If you purchased your product through a third-party seller, please contact that seller for their return policy. If they are unable to help you, please see our satisfaction guarantee policy.
  • We usually try and expedite the return process within 2 working days.
  • In case the product is out of stock, you can either choose to wait till you get the same product or get an alternative product or take credit for the same amount or take a refund. We may reach out to you in such cases via email.
  • All returns will be checked by our return specialists. If expected items or products are missing, the cost of those items will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations

Once we receive your order, our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible, especially if your order qualifies for free 2-day shipping, or you’ve paid for expedited shipping. (Please note: We can only ship via ground to P.O. boxes. Selecting expedited shipping options for an order shipping to an address with a P.O. Box will delay processing your order). Usually, the orders get shipped within 36hrs during weekdays and before 72 hrs for orders received after 5:00 pm on Fridays or any day before national holidays after receiving it. For that reason, unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed. Once your order has been delivered, please contact our sales team at to initiate a return.
